The situation is very bad on board if you are taking care of your self and your nerves don’t go on this vessel and do not work there. Especially one shifts Captain hi is thinking about himself he is a (God) Very bad behavior from Bridge team to Ratings. they always try to find someone for blame. Killing your motivation by repeating you are nothing. And very bad communication. There was from crew mailing to company about situation on Board but from company was easy to keep such a (God) captain than Ratings or someone else. Lots of crew was forced to leave ship and company because of this Stupid Captain.
