Rawabi 38 was built in 2019 and previously carried the names VOS Change and MKN 204. MKN 204 was owned by Sino Ocean B8 and operated by Makamin Offshore Saudi before being sold in 2021 to Rawabi Vallianz Offshore Services and renamed Rawabi 38.
