History and ownership

Built in 2011 by Chongqing Jinlong Shipbuilding, this Anchor Handling Tug Supply (AHTS) unit was previously named Lewek Leopard and Bovey II

Currently owned by PT Oceanindo Prima Sarana, the Ops Avior vessel executes offshore utility supply and anchor towing missions. 

Technical details

  • Width (beam):14.95 metres

  • Deadweight: 1,218 tonnes

  • Draught: 4.95 metres

Classified by Bureau Veritas (BV), it delivers a total power of 5,150 BHP and a 65 t bollard pull. It is equipped with Dynamic Positioning (DP Class 1) navigation systems. 

It also has Dynamic Positioning (DP Class 1) navigation systems and 350 m² of available deck space to accommodate standard cargo. 

Operational area

Sailing under the Indonesian flag, it makes regular port calls in Tanjung Priok (Jakarta), Batam, and Singapore. It handles routine assignments across Southeast Asia's upstream oil and gas sectors.
