History and ownership

The Go Supporter Vessel (IMO 9483059) was built in 2014 and has traded as GO SURF, then SURF SUPPORTER, before being renamed GO SUPPORTER in March 2021. It is owned/managed by Go Offshore Pty Ltd and was built by Mazagon Dock.

• LOA: 93 meters

• Width (beam): 22 metres

• Deadweight: 4148 tonnes

• Draught: 6.3 metres

Multirole ROV/support design with 800 m² deck space, DP2 (Kongsberg Maritime K-Pos 21), and a helideck suitable for a Sikorsky S-92 helicopter. Propulsion is listed as 2× Wärtsilä 8L26 plus 2× 8L20; the vessel has accommodation for a crew of up to 100. 

Operational area

AIS/photo records place the vessel in European ports (Rotterdam/Hook of Holland) and in East Asia (Taiwan/China Coast). 

Crew and lifestyle

Typical roles include master/mates, engineers, deck/ROV teams and crane operators; expect STCW safety training and DP certification where required.
