History and ownership
The ASL Synergy Vessel was built in 2015 by ASL Shipyard Indonesia in Batam. It’s a high-specification Platform Supply Vessel (PSV) currently owned by Harmony PSV Pte Ltd and managed by ASL Offshore & Marine in conjunction with Tidewater Marine.
In late 2025, some registries noted the vessel operating under the name Synergy Tide following a management integration with Tidewater.

The vessel is powered by four Caterpillar 3512C primary generators, which provide the power necessary for deepwater supply missions.
