History and ownership
The Adnoc S01 Vessel is a UAE-flagged offshore tug/supply vessel built in 2015.
Previously named MAC Kestrel, it was sold in 2021 by Al Gafai Marine Services to Abu Dhabi National Oil Company and renamed ADNOC S-01. ADNOC Logistics & Services is listed as manager/operator.
