The STEFANOS T is a high-capacity Kamsarmax bulk carrier designed for the efficient transport of dry commodities like grain, coal, and ore. Built in 2011 by the SPP Shipbuilding yard in South Korea, the vessel measures approximately 229 metres in length and operates under the Liberian flag. With a deadweight of over 80,000 tonnes, it represents a versatile workhorse in the global shipping fleet, managed by the Athens-based firm Modion Maritime Management. Its design is specifically optimized to maximize cargo volume while maintaining the ability to navigate the restricted dimensions of major international ports, such as Port Kamsar.
