The BOKA TIAMAT is a sophisticated DP2 multipurpose offshore construction vessel owned and operated by the Dutch maritime giant Boskalis. Built in 2019 by VARD in Norway, the vessel stands out for its commitment to sustainability; it was retrofitted with a 1,300 kW SeaQ Energy Storage System, making it a high-performing hybrid ship that significantly reduces fuel consumption and emissions during DP operations. Measuring 98.1 metres in length, it is equipped with a 120-tonne active heave-compensated crane and deep-water ROV capabilities, allowing it to support complex subsea construction and renewable energy projects worldwide.
